This course is targeted towards young adults who are transitioning from a college life to a professional setting. The course uses the design elements of a comic book to engage the learners. The branching scenario technique allows the learners to understand the impact of their decisions in a professional environment while also giving them a chance to understand their new found autonomy.
Created for a leading tea-retailer, the course was designed to help the tea brewing staff to make a perfect cup of ginger tea at every opportunity. A mixture of illustrations and videos were used to help learners gain understanding of the theoretical process. This was followed by an assessment that allowed learners practice brewing tea in a safe environment before they transfer their learning to the real world.
This course was created to help bankers understand the different concepts of trade finance. The course contained a mixture of illustrated characters and icons. Since the course involved the explanation of concepts, metaphoric scenarios were used to help learners associate the risks with dangerous situations. The solutions to navigate through dangerous situations were equated with risk mitigants to drive home the point.
A series of micro-learning modules were created to explain how a person grows from an individual contributor to a manager in an organization. The learners needed bite-sized modules they could view on the go and so a multi-chaptered approach was taken to present the content. Characters and abstract backgrounds were used to add appeal to the course.
Inspired by one of the famous scam cases in India, we created this course to explain the concepts of money laundering while also talking about steps to detect an individual who may be involved in a money laundering activity. A scenario-based approach was used and the concepts of money laundering were layered within the scenario to help learners understand money laundering and its various facets.
This course was designed to provide training to fresh graduate engineers, on mechatronics and the various systems that shape mechatronic systems. A mix of animations and interactivities were used to explain the concepts and the course was designed to branch differently for those learners who had more years of experience as they would be more familiar with the basics of the system.
