Instructional Designer

Hey!

This is Neha Niharika. I am an Asst. Manager – Instruction Design and Strategy at MLPL. I design courses, or let’s say, create a learning experience for those who seek to learn. So, I read, write, imagine and explore-in a loop, in varying order.

What is common in us at MLPL, is the obsession for quality and an eye for detail. I work along with people with diverse roles and experiences. Together, therefore, we get to understand challenges of one another and work our way out to have the best outcome. MLPL is an example of a collaborative effort.

At MLPL, there is logic, there is creativity; there are independent ideas, there are discussions; there is food, there is fight for food! There’s a bit of everything, and the other bit we continue to contribute!

VRUSHALI JOSHI
Instructional Designer

I am working as an Asst. Manager in ID team. My core responsibilities involve training need analysis, content analysis, deciding course approach and creating structure, content and flow of the course (SB) and evaluating training effectiveness. Everyone here at MLPL is very professional, approachable and friendly. I get ample opportunities to be a part of cross functional conversations which helps me expand my exposure and understand the E-learning market better.

I appreciate the Organization’s focus on outcomes and learning strategy instead of just delivering the content
